Terms & Conditions of the Hotel-Restaurant Rhodannenberg

The reservation confirmation and the price list detail our services and the associated prices.

We reserve the right to ask for a 50% down payment at the conclusion of the contract:
-  The down payment is due at least 1 month before the start of the event.
-  Of course, the down payment will be subtracted from the final bill.

We can ask you for a credit card guarantee for the estimated amount of the final bill.

Please avoid a late transfer of the down payment. Otherwise, we will have to cancel the contract after a period of 5 days and charge you a cancellation fee (see paragraph 4).

For payment of the final bill on checkout, we accept Swiss Francs, other currencies at the hotel’s exchange rate of the day, credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners, JCB) or debit cards (EC/Maestro, Postcard).

If prearranged and guaranteed by a credit card, we can mail you the final or the total bill. This Payment is due within 10 days.
