Terms & Conditions of the Hotel-Restaurant Rhodannenberg

This applies to reservations of 4 nights or more. If you cancel your reservation (which we would regret) or if you cannot stay for a part of the reservation and fulfill the contract you entered into with us, there will be a cancellation charge according to the graduated schedule below (this is because we have already performed some services and were not able to make reservations available to other guests):

Up to 60 days prior to the start of the event, you can cancel the entire reservation without any charges.

From day 59 to day 21 prior to the start of the event, the cancellation fee is 50% of the reservation.

From day 20 to day 8 prior to the start of the event, the cancellation fee is 75% of the reservation.

From day 7 to 48 hours prior to the start of the event, you can cancel 5% of the reservation without charge, limited to a maximum of 3 rooms (for room reservations) or a maximum of 3 guests (for food and beverage reservations).

Within 48 hours prior to the start of the event, we will charge you for the entire reservation.

The date and time when we receive your cancellation determines the basis for the computation of the cancellation fee.

We recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance.

Reservations for up to 3 nights can be cancelled without charge up to 14 days before arrival.
