Adelheid van Sprundel
has been a hostess since 1963. Her education started with a commercial apprenticeship and two years of scientific documentation in a research department in Basle. This was then followed by hotel industry training. Afterwards she was self-employed for eight years in St. Gallen, followed by two years at the Kloten airport in Zurich. Since 1975, she has been managing the Rhodannenberg Hotel Restaurant with her husband Adrian. She has been painting for relaxation since 1995.
Adrian van Sprundel
completed an apprenticeship in hotel management. He completed his hotel industry training in Holland and thereafter was employed in different positions in various hotels. He gained extensive experience in Swiss hotels and has been working as an independent hotel manager since 1975, with his wife.
André van Sprundel (Jr)
completed a commercial education in Glarus with emphasis in fiduciary management, management consulting and information technology. As an assistant in Baden, he then participated in a hotel project in marketing and sales for a year. He then gained a year of experience in a human resource and management consulting company in Zurich as headhunter. Up to the summer of 2000 he was employed at an international software development company in Zug. Since August 2000, André van Sprundel has been ownwr and managing director of Global Human Resources of the GHR Group (www.g-hr.ch) in Baar. The company specializes in the area of project oriented IT resource management.
